Paneer Steak With Burnt Garlic Herbed Rice is basically a restaurant style dish. Nowadays, we can see a new revolution in the menus of many new age restaurants. Quite a lot of new dishes can be seen on their menus.

One such dish is steak, then be it chicken or cottage cheese. Either grilled veggies are served by the side or at times even some buttered herbed rice is served alongside! The dish I have presented here is on the same lines, where I have added a delicious sauce made with roasted red bell peppers and cashewnuts. The sauce is extremely flavourful and ups the taste level of the entire dish!

I have added here as much veggies as I can, as it increases the health quotient of the dish! And the main thing over here is that, these dishes are sold at such high prices in restaurants, but preparing this dish at home has costed me almost less than half the cost I would be paying for four! All this inspite of the cost of these ingredients being on the higher side! So go ahead and surely give this dish a try at least once, and I assure you that you won’t be dissapointed!

An artist by nature, I love painting, travelling to different places and photographing nature, gardening, crochet, reading, etc. It's my nature to give my best to anything and everything I do. From a person who could cook very few dishes..... I have converted myself to a person who now can cook varied dishes! I like perfection in all my work. Reading a lot of recipes, watching different famous chefs' cooking shows on television and observing their methods, techniques and tips very closely and studiously what has made me a very good cook today. Though there are numerous recipes I haven't tried my hand at..... there are many other in which I have gained exerpertise only by trial and error! I still watch all interesting cookery shows on TV to gain more knowledge on cooking techniques of other cultures from here and abroad!! Nowadays, I have started adding healthy twists to my dishes as and when I can without compromising on their original taste. Started this blog to share a few recipes of mine with all other cooking enthusiasts! Happy cooking to all! 😃

  1. Whole dish sounds so flavourful Pooja!! YOu have very nicely explained the elaborate steps. YOu’re right at restaurants we have to shell out so much for the dishes that can be so easily made fresh at home and within half of the price.

    1. Thanks a lot 😊 This dish actually turned out better than the restaurant one, and seriously the cost came down to almost less than half which v would have to pay for 4 (that too as the prices for the bell peppers and other ingredients were a bit inflated as of now), else it would be still cheaper and v get more qty too!! And though it sounds tedious, but actually if done methodically, it’s quite easy to put up too, with some pre preparations!
