Here’s the recipe for Minty Kokum Coconut Cooler….

Prep Time : 5 min

Serves : 2

Cup Used : 200 ml


  1. 1 1/2 cup Fresh Coconut Water
  2. 3/4 cup Sweetened Kokum Extract
  3. 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream (1/2 cup)
  4. 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  5. 10 Mint Leaves …. Roughly torn
  6. Ice Cubes For Serving


  1. To make the Minty Kokum Coconut Cooler, whizz together the kokum extract, mint leaves, coconut water and half the ice cream.
  2. Pour into glasses and add the ice cubes.
  3. Top with the remaining ice cream just before serving.
  4. Serve this refreshing Minty Kokum Coconut Cooler during parties or to beat the heat during harsh summers!
